Refunds:

- The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the product, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive the unboxing video, our support team will review the footage to verify the reported issue.
- If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Replacements:
In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we also offer replacements. The process for requesting a replacement follows the same steps as outlined for refunds.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
- A verifiable unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the product’s delivery.
- Claims submitted without the required unboxing video will not be considered.

- Cancellation Window: Prepaid orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After 2 Hours: If the cancellation request is made after 2 hours, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued.
- Refusal or Non-Collection: If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery or fail to collect the parcel from the delivery service, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Cancellations:
- Cancellation Window: For COD orders, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After 2 Hours: If you cancel your COD order after 2 hours, no refund will be issued for any advance payments made.
- Refusal or Non-Collection: If you refuse the parcel at the time of delivery or fail to collect the parcel, you will not be entitled to any refund, including any advance payment.
