At The Nerdy Store, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Return Policy

Return window: 0 days (we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered).
Return cost: Not applicable (returns are not accepted).
Exceptions: In the rare case where an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thenerdystore.in with photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the claim and provide a replacement or suitable resolution. No physical return will be requested.

We follow a strict no-refund policy for all successfully placed and delivered orders.
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

Order cancellation within the allowed time frame (see below).
Failure to deliver the product due to logistics or technical errors from our side.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@thenerdystore.in with your order ID.

Cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours, or once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If the cancellation is approved, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please double-check product details, sizing charts, and shipping information before placing your order.
Policies apply to all offers and deals, including “Buy 4 Get 4 Free” and “Buy 10 Get 25 Free.”
The Nerdy Store reserves the right to decline refund, replacement, or cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
